Customer Responsibilities
To ensure efficient service, customers agree to the following:

- Device Ownership: Confirm that you are the legal owner of the device or have authorization to request service.
- Backup Responsibility: Perform a data backup before submitting a device for repair, unless explicitly requesting a backup service from us.
We are not liable for loss of data during the repair process unless the loss results from gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
Data Recovery Services
- No Guarantee: While we use industry-standard tools and techniques for data recovery, we cannot guarantee the successful recovery of all data.
- Data Confidentiality: We treat your recovered data with strict confidentiality and will not access, disclose, or retain your data beyond what is necessary for the recovery process.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
- A diagnostic fee may be charged for evaluating the issue, which may be applied to the final service cost if you choose to proceed with the repair.
Warranty on Repairs
We offer a 30-days warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs. The warranty covers the following:

The warranty does not cover:

Device Storage and Unclaimed Devices
Devices not claimed within 30 days of service completion may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned devices in compliance with applicable laws.
Customer Conduct
We expect respectful and professional conduct during all interactions. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
Governing Law
